The 24-year-old has found it difficult to impress since arriving at Old Trafford from Ajax in the summer of 2022, only managing 10 goals and five assists in 77 appearances in all competitions.

Antony has just two goals and two assists in 33 outings this term, and there is currently a host of speculation surrounding his future, with Man United said to be ready to cut their losses this summer.

However, the Brazil international has insisted that he will come good for the club, with the forward certain that he is now moving in the right direction after a difficult period both on and off the field.

«I'm really happy with my form, I've worked very hard every day towards this,» he told MUTV. «I've been working hard in training for months now, so I'm very pleased with my performances and I hope to improve with every game.

»I know that there is a lot that can be improved and I've worked on this. I'm happy seeing my performances improve game by game."

Antony scored off the bench against Liverpool in the FA Cup last month and provided an eye-catching assist in the recent Premier League clash with Chelsea, but he was not involved in the game against Bournemouth last weekend due to a slight muscular issue.
